Endodontics Modular Program with Dr. Kosturkov — 6 modules, one goal: from fundamentals to expert level. This intensive program in endodontics combines theory, hands-on practice and motivation to guide participants from their first steps to clinical mastery. In an era of advancing microscopy, 3D printing and increasingly complex cases, this training gives clinicians the up-to-date skills needed to deliver predictable, high-quality endodontic care.

Who should attend: general dentists, endodontists, restorative specialists, dental residents and clinic owners who want to strengthen their endodontic practice. The program is designed for clinicians at all levels — from those building foundational skills to practitioners seeking advanced, clinic-ready techniques.

What participants will gain: a complete, clinically focused endodontic workflow — from diagnosis and microscope use to canal shaping, disinfection and obturation, as well as retreatment and management of complications such as separated instruments, perforations and resorptions. The course emphasizes live demonstrations and extensive hands-on practice on realistic 3D-printed models and extracted teeth to build precision and confidence for everyday practice.

  • Develop precise microscope-assisted technique and fine motor control.
  • Learn contemporary protocols for canal preparation, disinfection and obturation.
  • Gain real-case experience and strategies for managing complex and retreatment cases.

Led by Dr. Kosturkov, the master program centers on practical training and real clinical cases, with live demos and guided hands-on sessions to ensure measurable skill development. Reserve your place to advance your endodontic competence and confidence.

General information:

Endodontics - a comprehensive program with one goal: from fundamentals to expertise with Dr.Kosturkov. The program combines theory, hands-on practice, and professional guidance to lead participants from their first steps in endodontics to advanced clinical mastery. Throughout the course, attendees will learn real clinical techniques, manage complex and challenging cases, and develop the precision that makes a difference in the everyday practice. The training is centered around practical work and real cases, helping participants build confidence that enables calm, skilled, and independent clinical performance. During the program, participants will acquire theoretical knowledge, observe live demonstrations, and apply what they have learned on 3D-printed models replicating real clinical scenarios.

What Participants Will Learn:

Participants will go through the entire clinical workflow in endodontics - from diagnosis and microscope use, through shaping and disinfecting root canals, to complex procedures such as retreatment, management of separated instruments, and treatment of perforations and resorptions. The training combines theory, demonstrations, and extensive practical exercises on realistic 3D models and extracted teeth, ensuring the development of strong skills and clinical confidence.

Benefits for Participants:

Gain a complete understanding of the endodontic process - from fundamentals to expert-level approaches. Develop precision and fine motor skills when working under the microscope. Master modern techniques for shaping, disinfecting, and obturating root canals. Gain experience with real clinical cases and enhance diagnostic abilities. Learn strategies for managing complex cases - separated instruments, perforations, open apex conditions. Build confidence for independent and effective work in everyday clinical practice.

This course is a combined theoretical and hands-on workshop in endodontics focused on the clinical use of modern biosilicate materials — MTA and Well-Root PT. It covers diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for managing perforations and teeth with an open apex, how to choose the right material for each clinical scenario, and key techniques for working under the microscope. This training is timely because the use of biosilicate/bioceramic materials is rapidly increasing and mastering their clinical application is essential for predictable, long‑term outcomes.

Who should attend: general dentists, endodontists, endodontic residents and clinicians who perform endodontic procedures and want to improve their management of complex cases. The course is best suited to practitioners with basic endodontic experience seeking intermediate to advanced practical skills.

What participants can expect and why it’s valuable: you will study real clinical cases illustrated with high‑quality photos and video, then apply techniques in a hands‑on setting using 3D‑printed teeth that simulate common clinical challenges. Key benefits include improved decision-making, practical skills with biosilicate cements, and tips to avoid common errors.

  • Hands-on practice on 3D‑printed teeth representing: a central incisor with a wide apical opening; a molar with a furcation perforation and furcal lesion; and a molar with a lateral root perforation.
  • Practical competencies: material selection and treatment planning; preparation of the operative field for obturation with biosilicate cements; application and adaptation of MTA and Well-Root PT; matrix technique using a resorbable barrier; assessment of fill quality; and targeted advice to prevent common mistakes.

The course is led by experienced endodontic clinicians and uses real case documentation (photos and videos) to demonstrate reproducible strategies for predictable results.
