This specialized course is designed to provide dentists with valuable knowledge and skills to effectively implement the operating microscope in their daily practice. Working under magnification is not only an important element, but also a mandatory standard for success in modern endodontics and many other areas of dentistry. Working under a microscope will help you make more accurate diagnoses and be more efficient in your work. The more successful and predictable the treatments you perform, the less need for revisions and corrections, and this will also increase patient satisfaction. Increase your knowledge and the competitiveness of your practice. Within the course, you will learn how to integrate the microscope into your daily practice, step by step, how to work with different instruments under magnification so as to achieve maximum results and how to optimize the use of the microscope for maximum comfort and efficiency. Don't miss the opportunity to advance your skills and transform your practice! Working with an operating microscope is an investment not only in the future of your career, but also in the long-term health and satisfaction of your patients.

Achieving predictable and repeatable results from routine dental procedures is impossible without adequate isolation of the working field. Isolation is even more important in extreme situations when the prognosis of the tooth is compromised. The rubber dam is the gold standard in the field and provides absolute isolation of the working field from saliva, blood and crevicular fluid, which is crucial for successful treatment. The course is suitable for beginners who have never worked with a rubber dam, for those who have tried to introduce it into their daily practice but found its placement too time-consuming and gave up, as well as for experienced colleagues who want to improve their skills. Common challenges associated with rubber dam placement will be discussed and how to overcome them. Learn step by step how to place a rubber dam with precision and efficiency to improve both the quality of the treatment performed and patient satisfaction!

The theoretical part of the course includes:

  • The need for isolation of the working field
  • The structure of the elements
  • Types of clamps and selection of a set for dental practice
  • Isolation of a single tooth for pre-endodontic construction or endodontic treatment,
  • Isolation of a quadrant
  • Isolation of frontal teeth for whitening or cementing of veneers or crowns
  • Isolation of severely damaged teeth
  • Features of placing a rubber dam in childhood

The practical part of the course includes:

  • Isolation of a single tooth for pre-endodontic construction or endodontic treatment, isolation of a quadrant, isolation of frontal teeth for whitening or cementing of prosthetic components
