How do you ensure data security?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your Billing page based on your clinic’s needs.

Can I change my subscription plan?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You can update or change your payment methods on the Billing page.

How does SMS/Viber/Whatsapp pricing work?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your Billing Settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time from Settings > Billing. Once you enter your credit card details, you can store unlimited patient records.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! You can use all Pro features for free with up to 20 patients. After that, you can add more patients by upgrading your plan.

Can I upgrade before reaching 20 patients?

No, you don't need a credit card to get started. You’ll only be charged when you choose to upgrade and provide your payment details.

Do you offer a free version?

Yes, you can sign up and explore Medentic’s features. We also offer a demo video for a quick overview.

What kind of support do you provide?

All paying customers have access to email support from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Pro plan customers also have live chat and video call options.

Can you transfer my data from my current software?

Yes, depending on your current software and data size, we can help transfer your data to Medentic.

Is a Qualified Electronic Signature required to use Medentic?

No, it's not required. However, certain features like submitting reports to HIS.bg needs a Qualified Electronic Signature connected.

How many users can access the software?

There’s no limit on the number of users you can add to your team. The more, the merrier!

Who owns the data?

You fully own your data. If you decide to stop using Medentic, we will give you access to download all your data, including patient records in CSV format. Please note, access to download data is provided for 3 business days before it is permanently deleted.

Do I need a credit card to start using Medentic?

We back up the entire database every 10 minutes and perform a full daily backup, which is kept for 10 days before being securely deleted.

Are any features restricted?

No features are restricted until you exceed 20 patients. After that, you can decide whether to upgrade or continue with limited features.
